Terms of service
Using Social360 responsibly
These Terms govern your access to Social360, a social-media publishing workspace available at social360.site. By creating an account or using Social360, you agree to these Terms. If you use Social360 for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms for that organization. Effective 16 September 2026.
Questions about these Terms can be sent to hello@barq.dev.
Your account
Accurate information. You must provide accurate account information and keep it current.
Account security. You are responsible for protecting your password, session, API keys, and access to your email account. Tell us promptly if you believe your Social360 account or credentials have been compromised.
Your account and your channels. Each account connects and controls its own social channels; no other Social360 user can see, publish to, or disconnect them. We may restrict, suspend, or remove access where these Terms or a connected platform’s rules require it.
Authorized users. You may use Social360 only if you are legally able to enter into these Terms. If you act for a business or another person, you must have authority to manage their content and connected accounts.
Connected social accounts
You may connect only social-media accounts, Pages, profiles, channels, phone-number lists, or organizations that you own or are authorized to manage. Connecting an account confirms that you have permission to let Social360 store the required credentials and publish to that destination at your direction.
Do not share, import, or use another person’s access token, API credential, account, or recipient list without authorization. You are responsible for keeping connected-channel permissions current and revoking access when it is no longer needed.
Your content
You retain ownership of the titles, captions, images, videos, instructions, tags, and other content you submit to Social360. You grant Social360 a limited, non-exclusive license to host, copy, resize, crop, transcode, and transmit that content only as needed to operate the workspace and publish it to the destinations you select.
You are responsible for ensuring that your content is accurate, lawful, and does not violate copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, contractual, or other rights. You must have all permissions needed for people, music, footage, brands, products, and claims included in the content.
Publishing, review, and scheduling
Social360 publishes or schedules content only after an authorized user selects destinations and completes the available review flow. Workspace roles may require a second person to approve content before it can publish, and users may not be allowed to approve their own work.
You are responsible for checking previews, channel selections, schedules, privacy settings, audience settings, captions, media crops, tags, and links before approval. A preview is an approximation; the destination platform controls the final rendering.
Deleting or changing a Social360 record does not necessarily edit or remove content that has already been published. Manage published content directly through the destination platform when necessary.
AI-assisted features
Social360 may offer optional tools that generate trend summaries, draft copy, images, or videos through third-party AI providers. AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, biased, or too similar to existing material. It is a draft, not professional advice or a guarantee of originality.
You must review AI-generated content before saving, approving, or publishing it. You remain responsible for the final content and for checking factual claims, permissions, disclosures, and platform-policy compliance. Do not place confidential, regulated, or sensitive personal information in generation prompts.
API keys and integrations
Social360 API keys are intended for server-to-server use. Keep keys out of browser code, public repositories, logs, screenshots, and messages. Use the narrowest permissions and channel restrictions that your integration needs, set an appropriate expiry, and revoke a key that may have been exposed.
You are responsible for activity performed through your keys and integrations. You must not bypass access controls, permission scopes, review requirements, rate limits, or other safeguards.
Acceptable use
You may not use Social360 to:
Break the law or violate rights. Do not publish unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, defamatory, infringing, harassing, or privacy-invasive content.
Send unauthorized messages. Do not send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or WhatsApp messages to recipients who have not provided the consent required by applicable law and platform rules.
Compromise systems. Do not introduce malware, probe for vulnerabilities without written permission, interfere with service operation, or access data or accounts you are not authorized to use.
Evade safeguards. Do not circumvent platform restrictions, Social360 permissions, review gates, usage limits, or security controls.
Misrepresent identity or authority. Do not impersonate others or claim authorization, endorsement, ownership, or affiliation that you do not have.
Third-party platforms
Social360 connects to services such as Google and YouTube, Meta, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, OpenAI, and other infrastructure providers. Your use of those services remains subject to their own terms, privacy policies, permissions, quotas, review requirements, and content rules.
Platforms may reject, delay, alter, restrict, remove, or display content differently, and may change or discontinue their APIs without notice to Social360. Social360 does not control these services and cannot guarantee their continued availability or approval of your content.
Service availability and publishing results
We work to keep Social360 available and to report delivery outcomes accurately, but publishing depends on networks, credentials, quotas, destination-platform APIs, and other systems outside our control. Scheduled content may be delayed or fail, and retryable failures may be retried automatically.
Social360 does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, a particular publication time, continued compatibility with every platform, audience reach, engagement, or business results. Keep independent copies of important content and verify time-sensitive publications at the destination.
Privacy and security
Our Privacy Policy explains what information Social360 collects, how connected-platform data is used and protected, when information is disclosed, and how to request deletion. By using Social360, you acknowledge those data practices.
You must use reasonable security practices and notify us promptly about suspected unauthorized access. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using Social360 at any time and may request account deletion as described in the Privacy Policy. Revoking a connected platform’s authorization stops future API access but does not automatically remove content already published there.
We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to investigate suspected abuse, protect connected accounts, comply with law or platform requirements, respond to a security risk, or address a material breach of these Terms. Where practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to correct the issue.
Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Social360 is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not make warranties that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or accepted by every third-party platform.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Social360 is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, audience reach, or business opportunities arising from your use of the service.
These limitations do not apply where liability cannot legally be limited, including liability resulting from fraud or other matters that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
Changes to Social360 or these Terms
We may update features, integrations, safeguards, or these Terms as the service and platform requirements change. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when the Terms change. For material changes, we will provide additional notice in the application or by email when reasonably possible.
If you continue using Social360 after revised Terms take effect, the revised Terms will apply to future use. If you do not agree, stop using the service and request deletion of your account.
